Trarell Beckford ran a blistering 10.74 in the 100 meter as the Seminole boys ran away with the Coach Ernest McPherson Invitational 2025 title with 207 points on March 28.
In the 1,600 meters, Seminole went 1-2-3 with Roman Bugos (4:51.11) leading the way. Will Heilman (4.51.44) and Brady Clark (4:59.43) were second and third.
Tyler Clark-Lowery (11.17.88) was first in the 3,200.
The 4×100 team of Jayden Coissy, Jlen Chaplin, Sev Croom II, Trarell Beckford ran a 43.48 and the 4×800 relay team of Alexander Plummer, William Heilman, Lucas Wells, Mathew Pruitt (8:55.62) both brought home gold. Jayden Gabriel 42-5.25 in the shot and Alvin Moore 11-4.5 in the pole vault were the other winners for the Seminole Boys.
On the girl’s side, a 1-2 finish in the 100-meter by Natalia Voltaire (12.59) and Vianneyliz Bonazi (12.87) helped lead the Noles to a second-place finish behind Lake Mary with 140 points. The Rams had 179.5.
Vanessa Lowery (59.97) and Reily Walker (1:01.93) had a 1-2 finish in the 400-meters. Lowery also brought home a 2nd place finish in the 200 with a time of 26.31.
Other top finishers for the Noles were Imani Reid (200M), the 4×100 team of Alicyn White, Reid, Bonazi, and Voltaire; Reid, along with Walker, Shelsy Burgos, Lowery brought home top honors in the 4×400 relay as well for Seminole. Burgos won the high jump with a leap of 5-1.75 to round out the top finishers for Seminole.

BOYS LACROSSE: Ethan Schellenberger got his 400th Career save as the Seminole down Innovation 11-3 at home. Dylan White sang the National Anthem and scored 2 Goals, goals were also scored by Robert Delany, Antonio Rivers, Troy Davis, and Alex Downs. The Noles dropped a close on earlier in the week after battling back from 9 down to Windermere before falling 14-11. Goals by Ashutosh Sharma, Antonio Rivers, Dylan White, Myles Smith and Liam Souza.
