Seminole High School had strong showings across sports, with boys weightlifting finishing 2nd in traditional lifts and 3rd in Olympic lifts at the district meet, track and field capturing the SAC boys title and girls finishing as runners-up, Boys Lacrosse fell 9-8 to Winter Springs.

Jazera Ellington double winner for Seminoles
Jazera Ellington won the 199-pound weight class to become the 2026 District Champion as the Seminole Girls Weightlifting Team competed Wednesday at the District Weightlifting Championships at Lyman High School.
Boys swimmer 5th, girls 6th at FHSAA Regional
The Seminole girls swim team placed sixth overall, and the boys finished fifth at the FHSAA Class 4A, Region 1 meet.
