Cross country, swimming and volleyball post strong results
Seminole athletes delivered strong performances across the fall sports schedule, highlighted by a third-place finish for the boys cross country team at the DeLand Invitational, a 2-0 day for boys swimming and a volleyball victory over Lyman.
Boys 2nd, girls 8th at Trinity Prep Invite
Seminole’s boys cross country team finished second and the girls team placed eighth Saturday at the Trinity Prep Invite, competing on a wet course that was muddy in places.

Seminole boys 3rd at Winter Springs
Led by William Heilman, the Seminole boys finished 3rd as a team in the Winter Springs Invitational at Central Winds Park with 135 points. Hagerty won the meet with 42.
Ehmke leads girls golf with 1-under, bowlers win big
Madison Ehmke fired a 1-under-35 to lead the Seminole girls golf team against Winter Springs at Tuskawilla Country Club on Sept. 2.
