Heilman leads Seminoles at state
As he has much of the season, William Heilman’s led the Seminole boys as they finished 22nd at the FHSAA State Cross Country Meet at Apalachee Regional Park.
Boys, Savannah Heilman advance to regionals
Led by William Heilman who ran a 16:39 and finished 11th, the Noles are headed back to regionals.
Heilman leads Noles boys at SAC Meet
Led by William Heilman, Seminole had 9 varsity boys runner qualify for the District meet on Oct 28. Heilman’s 16:47 was good for 8th place at the SAC meet.
Boys finish 9th at Hagerty Invitational
William Heilman finished 12th with a time of 16:52 to lead the Seminoles to a 9th place team finish on Sept. 20 at the Hagerty Invitational Cross Country Meet.

Boys advance to regional meet
