Jazera Ellington won the District 199-pound weight class in both Traditional and Olympic to lead Seminole at the Weightlifting District Championships at Lyman .
The team placed fourth overall in the Olympic category and sixth in the Traditional category, setting 21 personal records. Eight Seminole lifters finished in the top five of their respective weight classes.
Madison Wilson and Jaela Ellington each earned third place in the Olympic category. Julianna Mertin placed third in Olympic lifting and second in Traditional.
