Girls water polo advances to SAC Final
The Seminole girls water polo team downed Winter Springs and Oviedo on March 6 to move into the SAC Championship game set for noon on March 8.
Boys down Winter Springs 16-3
Robert Delany scored seven goals for the host Seminoles in a 16-3 win over visiting Winter Springs on Feb. 27.
Dylan White and Antonio Rivers each had a hat trick for Seminole. Alex Hernandez lead the defense causing 5 turnovers.
Boys Lacrosse continues winning ways
Myles Smith and Antonio Rivers each had a hat trick to lead the Seminoles to a 17-6 win over Lake Howell on Feb 24.
Blake leads weightlifters, Noles down Oviedo water polo
Jadon Blake took top honors in Olympic and traditional to help lead the Seminole boys weightlifters to a 62-31 win over Lyman on Feb 19.
Flag football, boys lacrosse, softball all win
It was a banner night for several Seminole teams as Softball took down Timber Creek in a run-rule game 9-1. Flag football kicked off its season with a 8-6 win over Lake Mary and Boys Lacrosse took down highly ranked Boone in a 4-3 win.
