Boys, girls down Rams to win conference title
Seminole swept Lake Mary 16-5 in boys and 11-7 in girls water polo on March 12 to win the outright SAC titles.
For the girls it is the first time since 2019, for the boys first time since 2018 they have won the outright title.
Senior Goalkeeper Cassidy Hardin had 14 saves and 5 assists while Sophomore Vivian Swain added 3 assists.
Seminole ends SAC play 7-0.
The Noles are back in action at home vs Winter Park On March 14. Girls play at 5:00pm, Boys at 6:00pm.
