Seminoles win Traditional Style title for first time in 15 years
The Seminole boys weightlifting team won its first SAC title in Traditional style on March 12 at home.
It was the first title in 15 years in Traditional Style. The Noles finished 2nd overall in the conference, 1 point behind Lake Howell.

119: Luis Ojeda finished 2nd in the conference in Traditional and Olympic; 154: Lordvictor Maldonado finished 2nd in the conference in traditional; 183: Omari Griffin finished 3rd in the conference in traditional; 199: Roberto Castillo Jr. finished 3rd in the conference in traditional; 219: Marshawn Taylor is a conference champ in traditional. Also, in the 219 class, David Parks finished 2nd in the conference in Olympic; 238: Terrence Thompson Jr. finished 2nd in the conference in traditional and 3rd in Olympic; unlimited: Jadon Blake is a conference Champ in traditional and finished 2nd in the conference in Olympic.
