After dropping their first set 19-25, the Seminole varsity rallied to win three straight and down the visiting Winter Springs Bears 19-25, 25-15, 26-24, 25-12 on Sept. 9.
On Sept. 11, DeLand downed the Noles in 3 – 25-9, 25-18, 25-25.
Bowling splits with Lake Mary
The Seminole boys downed the Rams 1904-1866 at Airport Lanes on Sept. 8. The Noles girls lost however, to the Rams 1641-1492.
On Sept. 10, the Seminole girls downed Winter Springs 1542-1110, while the boys lost to the Bears 2184-1943.
Swimming
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS – The Seminole boys won the meet at Lake Brantley, beating Lyman 211-70, and Brantley 143.5-139.5. The Seminole girls downed Lyman (200-64), and lost to Lake Brantley (102-177) at Lake Brantley.
