In their first home dual meet in recent memory, the Seminole boys fell 54-28 to University on Dec. 17. The Noles got impressive wins by Adrian Franklin, Josh Perez and Maleek Harding all victorious by fall. Joey Lyles and Anthony Lyles won by tech fall.
On the girls side, Addison Antonowics won by fall to lead the Noles.
Semioles boys down Eustis
EUSTIS — Andrew Ferguson scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead visiting Seminole to a 66-63 victory over Eustis on Dec. 17.
Markel Barber added 14 points, 11 rebounds and four assists for the Noles.
In junior varsity action, Jayden Daniels scored 13 points to lead Seminole to a 70-42 win over Eustis.
Earlier in the week, Seminole dropped a one-point decision to Lake Brantley, 51-50, despite 15 points from James Daniels. Barber finished with 10 points, six rebounds and four steals in the loss.7
