BUNNELL – Roman Bugos ran a 17:48.9 5K to help lead the Seminole boys to a 10th place finish at the 12th Annual Spikes & Spurs Classic hosted by Flagler Palm Coast High School.
Ponte Vedra (79) and Flagler PC (92) were the top two teams.
Savannah Heilman turned in a 22:20.30 on the girls’ side to lead the Notes to a 14th place finish.
Satellite (29) and Ponte Vedra (45) were the top two girls teams.
For the boys Fabian Sosa (18:42) was 46th, Lucas Wells (18:55.3) was 58. In 62nd Mathew Pruitt came in with a 18:58 and William Heilman wrapped up the Noles scoring with a 19:37.4 for 82nd. Evelyn Buhring (25:54.3) was 103, Rihanna Taveras (108) in 26:05.5, Elizabeth Prudot (141) in 27:37.4 and Reilan Gale (175) in 30:31.9 to finish up the Seminole scoring.
Seminole is at the Deland Invitational on Sept. 2.
