Walker leads Seminole boys, girls win relay

Adam Walker won the 100 and 200 freestyle to lead the Seminoles boys against Oviedo on Sept. 18 at home.

Ethan Pierson and Timmy Samples first second and third in the 100 respectively.

The boys 200 freestyle relay team also brought home the top spot with a 4 second win in the event. Sebastian Robledo and Samples went 1-2 in the 50 freestyle as well for the Seminoles.

On the girls side, the 200 Medley Relay of Halle Zimlich, Vivian Swain, Gabrielle Gogolinski and Lindsey Annunziato took first in a time of 1:56.79, beating the visiting Lions by close to a second. The foursome was edged out by less than a half second in the 200 freestyle relay.

Annunziato also won the 100 breast stroke by 4 seconds.

Ehmke leads Seminole girls

Madison Ehmke fired a 42 to lead the Seminole girls against winner Hagerty (183) and Oviedo on Sept 18.
Emma Lewis shot a 48, Kiara Satira had a 49, Shreya Suresh 65, and Zoe Nasso 66 also scored for the Noles.
