Boys, girls win District meet

OCALA – First the first time since 2020 the Seminole boys and girls swim team are District Champions.

The Boys won the team title by 200.5 points over 2nd place Deland, while the girls won by 43.5 over 2nd place Buchholz. 

In all the Noels had 8 district champions at the meet. Adam Walker (200 Freestyle, 200 Free Relay, 400 Free Relay), Lindsey Annunziato (50 Freestyle, 200 Free Relay), Sebastian Robledo (50 Freestyle, 100 Freestyle, 200 Free Relay), Camden Bates (200 Free Relay)

Timmy Samples (200 Free Relay), Connor Lommerse (100 Backstroke, 400 Free Relay), Ethan Pierson (400 Free Relay) and Luc LeRoy (400 Free Relay)

All six Seminole relays (3 girls relays and 3 boys relays) easily qualified for the Regional Meet and have hopes to all advance to the State Meet as well. 

Seminole will compete in the FHSAA 4A Region 1 Championship swim meet on Nov 2 in Ocala.
