Boys 4th, Girls 6th at Regionals

OCALA – Adam Walker and Timmy Samples helped lead the Seminole boys to a 4^th place finish at the FHSAA 4A Region 1 Championships on Nov. 2.

Walker took second in the 200 freestyle with a 1:44, a third in the 100 freestyle and was part of the Noles second place 200 freestyle relay team.

Samples brought home a second (200y freestyle relay), third (100 free) and fourth (50 freestyle) place finishes.

Sebastian Robledo and Camden Bates were also part of the second palce 200 freestyle relay team.

Walker, Robledo, Bates and Samples all qualified for the FHSAA 4A State Championships in Ocala with their second places finish in the 200 Freestyle Relay, Walker also qualified with his second place finish in the 200 freestyle.

On the girls side, the 200 yard Freestyle Relay team on Lindsey Annunziato, Vivian Swain, Halle Zimlich and Abigail Coleman finished fourth in 1:41.7 to lead the Noles to a 6^th place finish.

Annunziato led Seminole individually scoring 25 points with a 6^th place in the 100 yard Breast Stroke and a 7^th in the 50 freestyle.

Zimlich (15) and Swain (14) also earned points for the Noles.
