RECAP: Girls continue winning ways, down Wildcats

WINTER PARK – The Seminole girls started the regular season where they left off last year, winning.
The visiting Seminoles downed Winter Park 16-13 lead by Vivian Swain’s eight assists.

Seminole’s boys dropped a hard-fought 11-10 game to the Wildcats with keeper Ethan Pierson grabbing 8 saves and 4 steals.

Brantley slides by girls tennis 5-2

The girls lost a tough match to Brantley, 2-5, with the two points coming from Caitlin Sun and the doubles team of Saamiyah Rattansi and Freshman Maggie Sun, picking up her first varsity win.

Both boys and girls defeated Hagerty on Feb 5; the boys by a score of 6-1, with Freshman Shreyas Korimilli and Sophomore Adiyant Madhaven, scoring their first varsity points.

Olympia gets by Noles boys 7-6

ORLANDO – Liam Souza shined in his first varsity start with 3 goals, Robert Delany with 2 and Antonio Rivers to start the scoring with 1 but the visiting Seminoles fell short 7-6 at Olympia.

Player of the game that shined the most was Cooper Seibert with a perfect faceoff display going 17/17 to give his team more possessions.
