Ehmke leads girls golf with 1-under, bowlers win big

WINTER SPRINGS – Madison Ehmke fired a 1-under-35 to lead the short-hand Seminole girls golf team against Winter Springs at Tuskawilla Country Club on Sept. 2.

Reagan Sprinkle shot a 61 and Grace Cleveland a 70 for the Noles.

Bowling

OVIEDO – Seminole came away with a pair of wins over Lake Brantley at Oviedo Bowl on Sept. 2.

The Noles boys won 1528-1459 and the girls took care of business 1338-648.

Led by Marissa Lozoano’s 160, the girls lost to Lake Howell on Sept 3 1498-1477 to fall to 4-1 on the season. 

The boy’s won easy 1984-1412, led by RC Delany with a 208.

Volleyball

ORLANDO – The Seminole girls took down host University in 4 sets (25-14, 25-21, 22-25, 25-16) on Sept. 2.

The Noles head to Lyman Sept. 4 before hosting their first home match of the season Sept. 9.

Cross Country

OCOEE – Varsity boys came in 2nd  out of 15 teams,   JV Boys came in 3rd with Chace Johnson taking 2nd place.  The girls team came in 13 out of 17 teams with top performances by Savannah Heilman.
